Reservation requests
Submitting a request does not create a confirmed reservation or charge your card. Service becomes confirmed only after availability, the fulfilling transportation provider, pricing and applicable trip terms are provided in writing and accepted.
Independent transportation providers
Black Car For Hire arranges service performed by independent, commercially licensed transportation providers. The fulfilling provider will be identified before service. Provider-specific operating rules and local requirements may apply.
Information we collect
We collect information needed to quote, coordinate and support transportation, including contact details, pickup and destination, travel dates and times, flight details, passenger count, service preferences and notes you choose to provide. Operator applicants also provide company, fleet, market and credential information.
How information is used and shared
We use information to prepare quotes, communicate with you, arrange service, manage changes, support completed trips, prevent misuse and meet legal or accounting obligations. Necessary itinerary and contact information is shared with the provider selected to fulfill the ride and with technology vendors supporting maps, communications, hosting and payments.
Location and maps
Address suggestions may be supplied through Google Maps services. You may always enter an address manually. This website does not request precise device location.
Data retention and requests
Records are retained only as reasonably necessary for transportation operations, customer support, accounting, disputes, fraud prevention and legal obligations. To request access, correction or deletion, email dispatch@mynashvilledriver.com. Some records may need to be retained where required by law or legitimate business obligations.
Cancellations, delays and changes
Cancellation, waiting-time, route-change and no-show terms vary by market and provider and will be shown with the written quote or confirmation. Travelers are responsible for accurate itinerary and contact information and for communicating material changes promptly.
